BASIC MUSHROOM SHARE - Popular Varieties:
Pickup every other week, so 14 weeks a year. You will get a 1/2 lbs of fresh, locally grown mushrooms, including crowd-favorite varieties such as:
● Oyster
● Shiitake
● Lion’s Mane
● King Trumpet
Basic Share price is $154 for 14 weeks ($11.00 per box)
PREMIUM SHARE — Exotic and Wild Varieties
A chef‑driven offering featuring cultivated exotics and responsibly foraged wild mushrooms. You will get 1/2 lbs once per month, a total of 7 deliveries. Rotating Varieties (Seasonally Available) include:
● Maitake or Chestnut
● Pioppino or Beech
● Nameko or Button Shiitake
● Coral Tooth or Lobster Mushroom
● Chanterelles or Hedgehogs
● Chicken of the Woods
● Morels or Black Trumpets
Price is $175 for 7 deliveries ($25 per box).
